We recently completed a survey of Cuyahoga County fire and police agencies and discovered very few had a policy in place to address the use of a CISM team after a critical incident. In order to assist agencies put a policy in place we developed a model policy for use of a CISM team. Please feel free to download and edit to suit your agency's needs.
